The Methodist Church needed to provide private indoor accommodation for their 2000 guests at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre (NEC).
Our Team of 24 not only pitched the tents, mats and sleeping bags, but directed external suppliers for accessibility equipment and matress beds under incredible tight and contractual timings
Over multiple years we have successfully accommodated all attendees, meeting the event’s unique requirements. The Methodist Church continues to hire our services due to your ability to deliver at scale within tight timelines.
The delivery included:
- Detailed floor plans and mini ‘villages’
- Rapid build/break due to the contractual times
- Use of P4U’s patent-pending concertina-tentsDevelopment of indoor pitching methods
mattress beds. Tents were arranged in regional zones called
“mini-villages” for easier navigation.
