Delivering the world’s premier music festival, Showforce partnered with us to ensure the crew was at their best
We provided individual accommodation for 70 crew, supplying beds, sleeping bags, chairs, marquee and phone charging facilities for a 2 week period
At the end of the event we then stripped out the paddock, leaving an entirely clean field, with the tents repaired and maintained back at our headquarters. We partnered with Showforce for subsequent Glastonbury and Creamfields events.
The delivery included:
Grouping crew into zones for shift patterns
A communal marquee, offered a sheltered space for relaxation and day-sleeping for night workers
An on-site manager to handle any issues
